i.e. All users with large grass areas both well maintained

New Ritlee 750 incorperates all the best points
of good 750 mowers, together with, we have built in a lot
of further features,benefits, advantages and improvements
requested and needed in the 750 mower market to cut down
on spares usage, high wear areas and give our customers
years of reliable, dependable, efficient service:

can Pre-set height to your requirement, set belt and
lock all in place. (From 5mm up to 75mm height adjustment
--No more twisting belts, telescoping shafts, high wear
linkages, All expensive and causes a lot of down time).

spring loaded rubber discharge (Always safe and adjusts
automatically to volume being discharged!)

Cutting

Within
2 minutes you can change blade to either disc with
swing blades OR Solid high lift blade.
This
is done with single HT 16mm bolt which is located
through 28mm spindle shaft running in 2x High Speed
precision ball bearings.
Blade
can be spaced to ideal position within cutter deck
with spacers. (Deep for high traffic areas, Shallow
for out of control open areas)
Disc
for high contaminent areas.
Solid
blade with discharge wings for heavy and light
quick clean cutting. (All professional ride ons
use solid blade!)
Further
improvement, Note grass discharge guide panel which
also doubles up as deck re-inforcement.

Note
hole in deck for socket spanner for easy changing of
blades when disc is used also ideal for dropping water
in when washing unit.
Gearbox,Gear
Selection and Gearbox Protection:

In
order to protect gearbox operator is forced to engage
clutch by pressing gear selector down through gate which
engages the clutch at the same time. This prevents expensive
gearbox repairs.(See picture 5)
All
5x forward gears are used and easily selected. 1-2-3
for heavy to normal work, 4 for quick clean up work
and 5 for transport. R-
for reverse!
Note
the clutch has 2x bearings on pivot point for extra
strength and reliability!
Both
gear selector rod and deck engaging rod are mounted
in bearings for smooth operation and durability
Deck

90%
of all 750 mowers in the industrial market have 1
positions on their height adjustment mechanisms which
is badly worn, and all other positions are still like
new!
Deck
has 3 positions for fixing height at ideal and average
height customer requires. (Only fixed height adjustment
used here!)
Deck
pully is mounted on Spindle with taper lock. - This
allows customer to set pully in line with engine pully
once ideal height is set. Thus Pully is fixed in position
and V-belt is also perfectly in line! thus no breaking
of V-Belts.
For
quick in field height adjustment Ritlee 750 has 5 position
spacers on each front wheel.

to be strong enough with front bumper to prevent damage
when hitting objects while mowing!)
Incorperated
under Gearbox, mounted on chassis and positioned to
allow high tilt to mount curb stones, is a 10mm thick
skid plate to protect gearbox when tilting mower.
Has
2,5mm rectangular profile chassis (Total 5mm Horizontally
& Vertically)
Has
reinforcing struts at front wheels, Front bumper and
heavy gauge bolt on supports for upright handle bars.
Grass
Discharge:(->Field

made to handle rough conditions without bending and needing
expensive replacement.)
Fitted
with spring loaded rubber discharge shoot which allows
large volumes of cut grass out, adjusts automatically
to volume while constantly directing grass down to ground.
Directs
possible flying stones down into ground.
