TC 100

• Cuts everything from small passenger tires to Steel-belted Radial Truck Tires up to 24.5” in diameter.
• Patented cutting system with 2 cutting edges.
• Scalloped blade grabs and cuts tires fast and efficient.
• Rollers make rotating the tire easy
• Both hands are required on the operating handles for EXTRA SAFETY
• By turning the male blade once and the two female blades 4 times - one set of blades will cut about 200,000 passenger tires or about 50,000 truck tires.

Cuts up to 120 passenger tires an hour by cutting one tire top and bottom first. Then cuts 2 halves of a tire plus a whole tire in one operation. The final result is tires cut into quarter pieces that could be cut again if smaller pieces are desired.

The TC-125 will cut steel-belted radial tires with rim diameter up to 52 inches including rear steel-belted radial farm tractor tires.

TC350

Separate old truck tires from their wheels by using the powerful
TC-350 to crush Dayton and Budd type over-the-road truck wheels.

The tires on wheels are easily moved into position for crushing
by a hydraulic lift and the heavy-duty ram with 60,000 lbs. of crushing force completes the process quickly and easily,
