Over the years, Ritlee has literally sold well over +70 of our compost turners into the South African Market. Also we have sold well over 25 units from Saudi Arabia to Kenja, to Mozambique and even to our cerounding islands like Mauitius and Seychelles. Our Ritlee TM3 is our answer to having a real Practical, Effective, Efficient, Simple, Strong, Durable compost turner for all applications. PLEASE see below for what we mean!



Ritlee TM3 Compost Turner Turning all the compost from ground level! (This level is adjustable with hydraulics!)	The White "Steam"is CO2 and high tempretures being released from row while turning!
At Your first 2x turns allow tempretures to rais above 70 deg-- this will kill off unwated seed in row-- Then with 2nd turn the same to get hold of the originally outside seeds. Turning is governed by tempreture, when turning: Turning Expells CO2 and lowers tempretures to well below 70deg Allows fresh air and Oxygen to take its place. Mixes in the water you may be applying with the drag line and applicator boom. (Connector and Applicator boom suppled with turner) Breaks up the clusters which form in the rows. These are mostly anerobic clusters. Really fluffs up the compost allowing plenty of air flow through the row. Totally mixes the row material bringing the outer material in and visa versa.	8 to 12 weeks to make compost Encourages High levels of Aerobic Microbial life present (The good guys!). With high levels of microbes in the soil, there will be high interaction between them, which is beneficial for plant quality, constant availability of food for plants, and health. High levels of decomposed organic ‘roughage’ present, which contains and retains moisture, together with it aerates the soil This compost has no anaerobic conditions, which cause the foul smell and contain the microbial life not required in your soils. We want to get the bacteria; the fungi, the protozoa, the nematodes etc back into the soil. We want to get the foods, which the microorganisms feed from, back into the soils. WE WANT TO GET THE INTERACTION AS NATURE INTENDED IT BACK!!

In Transport Position joined to back of tractor 3 point!	Note Strength unique to Ritlee Turner: 1. 12mm thick steel used for Rotor tube. 2. Every rotor made by Ritlee is sent out for Precision Balancing 3. Chassis is 10mm thick box profile steel. .
Roter is made of 12mm thick pressed steel. Chassis is 100mm wide box steel 10mm thick steel. Riter is sent out for precision balancing before fitted into our Ritlee TM3 compost turner.	Turner ready for delivery. This one is fitted with special roter for special requirements customer requested! Sadly i have been told once that we lost a deal because our TM3 looked too flimsy. Well, with our Drum which is 12mm Thick Steel, Body which is 10mm thick 100mm Box steel, Bearings which are H/Duty high speed water proof-- What more does this lost customer want??

Benefits of adding compost to soils: Compost is an organic matter source with a unique ability to improve the chemical, physical, and biological characteristics of soils. It improves water retention in sandy soils and promotes soil structure in clayey soils by increasing the stability of soil aggregates. Adding compost to soil increases soil fertility and cation exchange capacity and can reduce fertilizer requirements to levels where ideally no more fertilizer is used! Soil becomes microbially active and more suppressive to soil-borne and foliar pathogens. Enhanced microbial activity also accelerates the breakdown of pesticides and other synthetic organic compounds. Compost amendments reduce the bioavailability of heavy metals—an important quality in the remediation of contaminated soils.
